LATHAM, N.Y. – Senior
Kylah Demarest (Vernon, N.J./Vernon Township) of the Cedar Crest College lacrosse team was recognized as the United East Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.
Demarest led the Falcons on the offensive side of the ball, tallying 13 points in a 2-0 week. She started the week with two goals and four assists in a 16-1 victory over Randolph and then finished with six goals and one assist in a 16-0 shutout of Sweet Briar. The senior also tallied five groundballs, four caused turnovers, and seven draw controls.
This is Demarest's second-ever United East weekly accolade (03/24/25).
Demarest and Cedar Crest (3-1 overall) returns to action on Wednesday, March 11 at home against Centenary University (New Jersey) at 5:30 p.m.
