The Cedar Crest College swimming team competed in a tri-meet against Cazenovia College and Roberts Wesleyan College on Saturday afternoon. The Falcons lost to host school, Cazenovia, 81-191 but beat Roberts Wesleyan 134-107. 

In the first event of the afternoon, the 400 Yard Medley Relay, Olivia Lopez (Brandywine, MD /Gwynn Park ), Autumn Kidulic (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall), Emily Badman (Pennsburg, Pa./Perkiomen) and Tessa Stegura (Nanticoke, Pa./Greater Nanticoke) took second, coming in at 5:06.86. Sierra Ressler (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall), Marissa Madson (/Franklin), Cassandra Reijgers (Hollis, NH/Hollis Brookline) and Tiffany Cuth (Walnutport, Pa./Northampton) finished a minute later with a time of 6:06.09.

In the 1000 Yard Relay, Nithya Lakshminarayanan (Newtown, PA/Council Rock North ) took fourth place with a time of 12:41.40. Emily Klenk (Denver, CO/Monarch) took fifth, coming in at 13:07.27. In the 200 Yard Freestyle, Ressler came in fourth place and Cuth came in sixth with times of 2:47.62 and 3:07.32, respectively. Emily Klenk (Denver, CO/Monarch) placed fourth for the Falcons in the 100 Yard Backstroke at 1:20.03. Badman finished a second behind Klenk with a time of 1:21.01.

Taking second in the 100 Yard Breaststroke was Lakshminarayanan, touching the pad at 1:18.67. Reijgers finished sixth at 1:32.82 with Madson following behind her, taking ninth at 1:52.56. Kidulic finished second in the 200 Yard Butterfly, beating a previous school record by finishing at 2:48.56. Lopez, Badman and Cuth placed second, fifth and sixth with times of 28.84, 31.79, 32.09, respectively in the 50 Yard Freestyle. 

In the 100 Yard Freestyle, Ressler placed third for the Falcons coming in at 1:09.30. Kidulic broke another previous school record in the 200 Yard Backstroke, placing first and finishing at 2:30.47. Lakshminarayanan and Klenk placed in the top five for the 500 Yard Freestyle, taking fourth and fifth with times of 6:19.65 and 6:26.99, respectively. Lopez took second place in the 100 Yard Butterfly, coming in at 1:16.84. In the 400 Yard IM, Kidulic placed first, finishing at 5:26.45, beating her opponents by 20 seconds. 

The next meet for the Falcons is on December 2, as they travel to Bridgewater State University. The meet is set to begin at 12:00 PM.
