MADISON, N.J. --- The Cedar Crest College swim team competed in a tri-meet versus host Drew University and Goucher College in F.M. Kirby Pool Saturday afternoon.

The Falcons fell to both the host Drew University by a score of 122-63 and Goucher College 145-48 in their second last meet for the NEAC Championship.

In the first event, the 400 Yard Medley Relay, the Falcons placed third with a time of 4:50.56 and fifth with a time of 5:56.41. In the 1650-yard Freestyle, Emily Klenk finished fifth in 21:58.51 with Tessa Stegura (Nanticoke, Pa./Greater Nanticoke) completing the event in 23:01.85. The third event that the Cedar Crest participated in was the 50-yard Freestyle, which had four Falcons participate, Olivia Lopez, Sierra Ressler, Rachel Barrett and Marissa Madson, with Lopez placing fifth out of the 10 total participants, with a time of 28.93.
Autumn Kidulic was the only Falcon swimming the 200-Yard IM, finishing in 2:28.84. In the 200-yard Butterfly, Madison Wagner took fifth place with a time of 2:52.97. Tiffany Cuth and Madson both competed in the 100-yard Freestyle, Cuth completed the event in 1:10.09 and placed fifth while Madson finished in 1:26.94 and took eighth.   The 15th event of the meet was the 200-yard Backstroke that had Barret finish in 3:07.26 while Klenk swam in the 500-yard Freestyle and completed her event in 6:32.20 to place fifth.
During the 19th event of the afternoon, Kidulic was the first person to finish in the 200-yard Breststroke in a time of 2:44.46 with her fastest lap being in 37.79 while Cassandra Reijgers and Cuth also competed and finished in fifth and seventh, respectively.
In the final event of the afternoon, the 400-yard Freestyle Relay, Cedar Crest placed second out six squads. The quartet finished in a time of 4:25.88 and consisted of Ressler, Klenk, Wagner and Kidulic.

The next meet for the Falcons is this coming Monday, January 29th, where the Falcons will travel to the College of New Rochelle for a tri-meet including Bard College and the host, College of New Rochelle. The meet is set to begin at 7:00 PM in New York.
