Track & Field Takes Ninth at ECAC Championship; Falcons Record Two Top-Five and Two Top-Ten Finishes

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Three student-athletes from the Cedar Crest College track & field team qualified and participated in the 2022 Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Track & Field Championship on Thursday afternoon at Southern Connecticut State University.

Senior Brittney Dunleavy (Auburn, Pa./Blue Mountain) finished fifth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.25 seconds.

Junior Kelsee Schouppe (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) registered a pair of top-ten finishes. She took third in the discus throw with a mark of 31.07 meters and then threw 9.86 meters in the shot put, which slotted her sixth. Freshman Tiffany Kuras (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg) joined Schouppe in the shot put event, throwing for a mark of 8.95 meters, which put her ninth.
