Personal: Sarboukh is the daughter of Sharlene and John Sarboukh... She is majoring in Public Health... 

 

Sarboukh chose Cedar Crest because she was recruited to play on the Falcons' Softball squad and because of the opportunities that Cedar Crest offers.

(2018): In her third season, Sarboukh played in 37 games and started 34 of them for the Falcons. During the season, Sarboukh recorded 36 runs, 47 hits, 24 RBIs, 4 doubles, 1 triple and 1 homerun. Sarboukh had a high of 4 hits in the game against Marywood University (4/20) and recorded her homerun in the game against Penn State Hazelton (4/17).
