MANHEIM, Pa. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NCWA) has announced the NCAA Women's Scholar All-American Awards, recognizing outstanding academic achievement by individual student-athletes across the nation. The Cedar Crest College wrestling team had seven student-athletes receive accolades from the NWCA.

The following student-athletes from the Cedar Crest College wrestling team were named as Scholar All-Americans:

Andi Bibeau (Bushkill, Pa./East Stroudsburg North)
Samantha Goworek (Oakland, N.J./Indian Hills)
Mary Lopes (Barnet, Vt./St. Johnsbury Academy)
Leilani Martinez (Reading, Pa./Exeter Township Senior)
Sarah Seltzer (Shohola, Pa./Delaware Valley)
Alaina Stanford (Camden, Del./Caesar Rodney)
Janeyda Ortiz (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty)

A total of 540 student-athletes representing 92 institutions were recognized for their academic success in the classroom while competing throughout the season.
